The staff here is incredibly helpful and makes sure you have a fantastic experience; definitely worth recommending!

Nice building and rooms with a hot tub.

we were there for 1 day, everything was perfect, really enjoyed its best possible location very close to downtown attractions.

The staff were absolutely useless, didn't expect that coming.

Enjoyed my time at this place, it was super chill and the wi-fi was solid. The staff really took care of me, which made my stay here very pleasant! 🌟

The hotel is exceptionally friendly. The setting is marvelous and convenient, close to tourist attractions and the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.

The younger staff was okay the older lady' around 50yrs old don't remember her name was terrible.

The rooms smell like cigarettes and the hot tub jacuzzis did not work they moved us to several rooms and the hot tub Jacuzzi still did not work

This place is disgusting. We actually witnessed a fight between staff and a guest before we even checked in and it was downhill from there. The rooms were filthy with a horrible smell. Then after checking my credit card statement they charged us twice! Do NOT stay here!

We had a great time in the rooms with jacuzzi and the hotel's location was conveniently near stores, the expressway, and Orland Park.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Walls are not sound proof you can hear EVERYTHING. Around 1am the man from the front desk who had checked me in tried to enter my room, startling me out of my sleep. Luckily I had remembered to lock the security latch from the inside of the door. His explanation was that he thought the room was vacant... This didn't sit well with me because earlier that evening he walked with me to my room to check the lock because the card reader was giving him trouble. I asked to speak to management the next morning at check out although I'm not sure the woman I spoke with was really the manager. I would not suggest that any woman traveling alone stay at this hotel.

The lobby was cool and comfortable but there was no one at the front desk for awhile. We waited because it was cool.

Rm 130 air conditioning barely worked. TV barely worked. No soap in bathroom. 4 very small pillows. Squeaky bed. Room not cleaned for second day so we had to change rooms. Air conditioner not working in rm 221. Phone didn't work in that room either nor was the tv working. They don't provide breakfast anymore because they had to cut cost. Front desk notified of each problem but none of the problems were resolved. she just kept saying we are working on it. Do not recommend to anyone. Btw the weather was 93 Fri and 97 Sat.

This place has a great room that's spacious and well-lit, plus the bathroom is clean and bright. The bed is super comfy and the service here is top-notch. It's conveniently close to shopping areas, the highway 🛣️, and even another town nearby.

Fitness equipment broke dirty, drug activity, staff didn't care!!!! Horrible.

They never ever answered the phone before I got there
